Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We hand-assemble and ship from the Great Smoky Mountains, typically within 2–4 business days. Build-Your-Own color sets may take an extra day or two. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Orders may arrive separately

Some Holy Duck! products are hand-assembled by us, while select merchandise and accessories are fulfilled by trusted production partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages, and tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Build-Your-Own color choices

For Build-Your-Own sets, add your color choices in the order notes at checkout. If we have a question about your colors, we'll reach out before shipping.

Returns & exchanges

Damaged or defective: Email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Assorted sets: Unopened sets may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item was defective.

Build-Your-Own sets: Because these are hand-assembled to your color choices, they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
