REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your ducks. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

### Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at ptaitt2006@gmail.com within **30 days** of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to ship anything back.

### Assorted and bundle sets
Unopened assorted sets and bundles may be returned within **30 days** of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

### Build-Your-Own (custom color) sets
Because these are hand-assembled to your specific color choices, they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

### Refunds
Once we receive your return or approve a damage claim, your refund is issued to the original payment method within **5–7 business days**. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

### How to start a return
Email ptaitt2006@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
