### Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

### Processing time
Every set is hand-assembled, so orders typically ship within **2–4 business days**. Build-Your-Own color sets may take an extra day or two, since each one is put together to match your list.

### Shipping rates
Flat rate shipping is **$3.99**. Orders over **$25** ship **free**.

### Delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes **3–7 business days**. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

### Orders may arrive in separate packages
Some Holy Duck! products are hand-assembled by us, while select merchandise and accessories are fulfilled by trusted production partners. Items in the same order may arrive separately, and tracking will be provided for each shipment.

### Build-Your-Own color choices
For Build-Your-Own sets, add your color choices in the order notes at checkout. If we have a question about your colors, we'll reach out before shipping.

### Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 or more days, email ptaitt2006@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

### Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage.
